Terms and Conditions

By using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use WHoArtNow.

Descriptions of goods and services included in the WHoArtNow site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them.

You should be aware that the colours and appearances of images may vary from the way they appear on screen. The images and designs used on the WHoArtNow website are the property of WHoArtNow and their respective copyright owners and are used by WHoArtNow with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.

Returns

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

- You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s)

- You pay the return delivery charges.

- Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging

- Goods are not a "PopArt2Canvas" or a "Photo2Canvas" item. (see below for details)

For "PopArt2Canvas" or a "Photo2Canvas" items:

All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on this site. You, as the customer give the artist responsible full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests to the best of his/her ability.

Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

Damages

Re-prints will be made by WHoArtNow for items lost or damaged in transit (including "PopArt2Canvas" or a "Photo2Canvas" items.). You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

You have our commitment that your images will not be put into the public domain, unless by prior consent and with you permission. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away or shared with anyone. So, rest assured, your contact details are strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party. Only carefully selected, authorised personnel have access (for customer service and abuse monitoring purposes) to view system accounts.

We may occasionally email you with special offers and new services to the site. If you receive these, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe yourself from any further messages on the email you have received. Please be assured our aim is not in any way to invade your privacy, but merely to inform you of items that, given your experience in dealing with WHoArtNow, may enhance it still further.
