Changing your account details


If you recently placed an order for some art you need to change your details or your address you should first check it's status.  You cannot amend an order that has dispatched, as it will already be on it's way to you.
To login and check your status:
Click "Sign In" at the top of any page and sign in.
Click "Your Account" at the top of any page.
In the "Your Account page" you should see details of the order(s) you're expecting. The order will be listed as "Unconfirmed", "Confirmed" or "Dispatched". You Will also see details on account information, shipping information and order information.  If you need to cancel your order or change your address this is where you can do it.  It iis also advisable to give us a call on 441162986443 or drop us an email to inform us of your intensions.  Please note: You cannot change an order that has dispatched.
In the "Account Information" page you can amend your name, email address, password, timezone or your language.
In the "Shipping Information" you can add and maintain shipping addresses.
