If you recently placed an order for some art & you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check it's status. We will send you a number of emails from the point of ordering to keep you posted on the progress. You will receive a confirmation email, a purchase order & a receipt for payment. Your order will then be confirmed and dispatched. From point of payment, it usually takes 1-2 working days to be dispatched, however in busy periods, we can be 5-7 working days - it is always worth checking our deliveries page for an accurate turnaround time. If you have not reeoived any of these emails please check the "junk" or "bulk" folders on your email client. Alternatively you can login to your account from WHoArtNow.co.uk. Click "Sign In" at the top of any page and sign in.
Click "Your Account" at the top of any page.
In the "Your Account page" you should see details of the order you're expecting. The order will be listed as "Pending", "Confirmed", "Dispatched", "cancelled" or "refunded" in the first section. You will then see the production process - from "artwork prepared" through to "printed", "produced" and "shipped". You Will also see details on account information, shipping information and order information. If you need to change your address, this is where you can do it. If you do need to change your address, you will need to do it before the status is changed to "Dispatched". When you change your address is it is also advisable to give us a call on 441162986443 or drop us an email to inform us.
Note: if you can't find the order in Your Account, it could be that you didn't place it. Click "View Basket" at the top of any page and see if the items you wanted to order are still there. If they are, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and complete your order. If you cannot find the order in Your Account or in your basket, please double check whether you have ordered using a different e-mail address, or the same e-mail address with an alternative password.
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. You can check the deliveries widget below which offers real time updates on any delivery issues that we may have.
