Returns Policy
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, with packaging intact & in a resale-able condition, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item, less the p&p. If you would like to swap your art, you will need to pay the return carriage.
Thinking of returning your art?
To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below. Please return the art in a similar method to the way that it arrived. A few helpful words of advice:
- With the bubble-wrap, please make sure that the bubbles are facing outwards or they can damage the art.
- Make sure that the adhesive on the tape that is used does not come into contact with the art.
- Please use parcel tape, brown tape, duct tape are all fine. Masking tape is not strong enough.
- If you have more than one canvas please package back to back so that the prints do not touch.
- For ease of use, you can arrange a courier to collect from your home or work. We recommend http://www.interparcel.com.

Our Full Money-Back Guarantee
Our full money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the art.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Bespoke pieces of art are not eligible for a full money back guarantee. However We will send proofs via email for you to confirm before we print them. We also offer sample swatches free of charge. If you are unsure about the quality or colours, we would advice you to request a sample first.
All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on this site. You, as the customer give the artist responsible full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests to the best of his/her ability.
Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
Damages
Re-prints will be made by WHoArtNow for items lost or damaged in transit (including "PopArt2Canvas" or a "Photo2Canvas" items.). You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
If a package arrives and it is noticeably damaged, you must sign for it as "damaged". We may also need to see a photo of the damage so that we may forward it over to the couriers. We will then be able to get you a full re-print.
