Q: I have registered buy can't remember my username or password.


A: Upon registering, you will get an email that says "Thank you for registering".  That will have your username and password on there. Your username is usually your password.  If you didn't get the email try checking your junk / bulk folders.  Alternatively, please follow these links for forgotten username password.

Q: I am filling the form out as a new customer and clicking "send registration" but the page loops back to the start


A: Your email address is already registered.  So you have two options: 1) Login using "returning customer" (Follow these links for forgotten username password) at the top. 2) Alternatively you could try registering using a different email address.  if you still have issues, you could try using a different browser ( we recommend Chrome or Firefox for better browsing) clearing your browsers cache or cookies. For more info on that there is a useful article here.

Q: I have ordered and received a Purchase Order.  I have not paid and wish to do so now..


If you have a purchase order, you will find a link at the bottom of the order saying "view the order". Follow the link to our site and login. (see the Q above for login issues)  You will then be directed through to your Order online. There is a link to pay through your chosen payment provider - please follow the link and pay.  Alternatively, login to your account and click on your order.

Q: I have still having trouble with making payment, help!

Not to worry. you could always start by trying a different card. If you have excusted all of your options, just pick up the phone & dial +441162986443 & we should be able to help.


Q: I have still £0.00 in the cart and Paypal is not accepting this amount. 

This is a known Paypal issue - You can enter £0.01 is resolve this.

Can I redeem more than one Voucher?

Our website will only let you redeem one voucher per order, so you must put orders using multiple vouchers through separately.
