The post and packing charge on your order not only includes speedy delivery from a trusted Courier network, but it also includes quality, wooden packaging to limit damage. The parcels are insured and will be covered to your door. We also ensure that they are 100% water tight to eliminate possible water damage. As a result of our diligent packaging, our damaged rate is under 1%.

Orders placed locally can be collected - please get in touch with us for more details on this. Please note that all orders placed through our Affiliate Network or Groupon must be paid for through the site, phone orders or collection are not available in this case.

From receiving you order and payment, we strive to have your artwork with you within 3 working days. There are times when we are very busy, but we will give you notice of this and still work to get your artwork within 7 working days.  Please not, all the Plastic and Metal art is hand made so please leave upto 10 working days for delivery.

In the run up to Christmas, we start to get very busy so please make sure you get your order in early! We will always put up a countdown clock to our last guaranteed orders for Christmas. If you are ordering a bespoke piece of artwork, we recommend people to get the order in before the start of December to make sure it's all completed for Christmas.

Please provide us with an address where someone will available to sign for you artwork. The couriers will attempt to deliver three times before sending it back to us.

***IMPORTANT: Please check the outside of your package when it arrives. If you see any damage, please open the parcel IN FRONT of the courier and if there is damage either sign for it damaged or refuse the parcel. If your parcel is damaged we will of course replace it.
